All orders will be shipped in 3-5 business day, excluding Holidays. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.

A pick-up/meet-up date and time should be confirmed and paid for before your order is ready for pick-up. To arrange a pick-up/meet-up date and time, please email: email@example.com. Orders will only be ready at the arranged time.

Orders may also be purchased/picked up at our DON MILLS location (40 Wynford Drive)
INTERNATIONAL USA SHIPPING - CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS
- We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
- If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
- Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may have the option to return your items. You have 7 days to return any item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
All sale items are final sale. No exchanges, no returns.
